At ACT Foam & Rubber, we strive to ensure your home projects are a success by offering a flexible 30-day return policy for standard stock items. Please note that custom-cut foam and bespoke rubber orders are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in original condition, unused, and is not a custom-cut or made-to-order product.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and ship them back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
